FAQs

How do I know when it is time to say goodbye?

This is one of the most difficult decisions a pet owner can face. If your pet is experiencing ongoing discomfort, struggling with daily activities, or no longer enjoying their usual quality of life, it may be time to consider their options. If you are unsure, our Quality of Life Discussion service can help you make an informed and compassionate decision.

Our veterinarian will visit your home, explain the process, and ensure your pet remains comfortable throughout. Sedation is offered beforehand to help create a calm and peaceful experience. Learn more about the process on our How It Works page.

No. Our goal is to provide a gentle and peaceful passing. Sedation is administered before the procedure, helping your pet relax and ensuring their final moments are comfortable and stress-free.

After euthanasia, we offer two aftercare options:

1. Individual Cremation — Your pet’s ashes are returned to you. You can scatter, bury, or keep them in a memorial vessel of your choice.

2. Communal Cremation — A more affordable option where the ashes are not returned.

If you opt for home burial or prefer to handle cremation arrangements yourself, we will leave your pet in your care.

We offer compassionate pet euthanasia services across multiple locations. Visit our Locations page to see whether we cover your area and how we can help.

Home euthanasia services start at £220 and vary based on your pet’s weight, distance and the time or day of the visit. The price covers the home visit, pre-euthanasia sedation, and the euthanasia procedure itself.

Booking is simple. Complete our Request an Appointment form, and we’ll contact you as soon as possible to arrange a convenient time and discuss your pet’s needs.
